IntegrityXD is proud to announce that Erin Sucher-O'Grady has been named Chief Experience Officer (CXO). This move reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening employee and customer experiences.
In this role, Erin will combine her passion for people with her extensive experience in leadership, strategy, and collaboration.
At IntegrityXD, we firmly believe that a positive customer experience is a direct result of a positive employee experience. This belief is at the core of our decision to appoint a CXO, reflecting our commitment to those values.
The philosophy is simple: happy employees lead to happy clients. By fostering a supportive and empowering environment, IntegrityXD aims to ensure that customer interactions reflect the same positivity and trust.
“We focus on hiring the best talent in the country and empowering those team members to do their best work. We also believe that a positive employee experience translates into a positive customer experience,” said Sucher-O’Grady. “That’s part of the reason we work within a holacracy operational model; we want employees to feel like they have freedom and power and are trusted members of the company.”
In her new role, Erin will also focus on driving revenue and growth for the company. She will work closely with leadership and employees internally and with clients and evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions that align with Integrity’s vision and mission.
In the broader St. Louis region, Erin collaborates with local tech organizations including Tech STL, and serves on the steering committee of the new technology non-profit, the Midwest AI Network (MAIN).
We are so proud of Erin and all she has accomplished in making IntegrityXD a world-class employee and customer experience. We can’t wait to see what awesome things she does next.
