There's so much to love about working with health care organizations and institutions. Health care web projects always bring with them unique and exciting challenges that test our knowledge of user experience and make us better at our craft. (We usually manage to pick up some awesome new health care vocabulary along the way, too. Interventional fluoroscopy, anyone?)
And of course, it always feels good to know we're helping clients help others.
Today we're featuring the first of several installments of health care projects we've tackled. These case studies run the gamut from GUI redesigns to full-scale custom web application development.
The leading provider of revenue and payment cycle management and clinical information exchange solutions had acquired a lot of disparate web systems over the years. But our UX team performed a life-saving (well, more like headache-saving) operation to establish consistent interface standards across Emdeon's entire web portfolio.
The AOA represents about 39,000 eye doctors, assistants and technicians who serve patients in nearly 6,500 communities across the country. Integrity worked with the AOA team on a new content strategy, online brand update and website redesign with custom functionality.
Missouri Health Plus, whose community health centers serve everyone who comes in regardless of ability to pay or insurance status, needed to reimagine its web presence for its growing network of providers. We built them a responsive website that lets patients easily find health care near them.
We know the cure for a bad user experience. Contact us about how we can help your health care web presence.
We are excited to share that Erin Sucher-O'Grady, Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at Integrity, will be presenting at BuildIT Night, part of an engaging event series for tech and innovation leaders.
