When Integrity conducted a discovery process to determine how to best meet Dot Transportation's needs, it became clear that they needed a whole new job search platform.
Before Integrity built a custom WordPress site for Dot Transportation, a driver looking for a job had to wade through a lot of extra information. Bounce rates for job seekers indicated that the application process was too difficult for those looking specifically for driving positions.
Our custom WordPress site features a zip code filtering system. A user can simply type in their zip code and the website will bring them to the locations page displaying the Dot Transportation locations closest to them. Because the company prefers to hire employees within 100 miles of each location, this tool permits the user to apply to the proper Dot Transportation location.
Designing for a Purpose
Our interactive web designer Angie created a simple, user-friendly website with large text and images that make mobile browsing and applying easy and convenient. Dot Transportation drivers help keep the business of food distribution running smoothly, and the value of their drivers is not overlooked. Dot Transportation has fantastic benefits and Angie's bold colors and callout widgets highlight testimonials from happy employees.
