The client’s website, while very functional, did not meet current best practices. A fragmented and disjointed user experience made the site difficult to navigate. The website’s deficiencies detracted from the content, rich product information and ability to communicate competitive market differentiators.

Integrity collaborated with the client to create a fresh approach to their digital marketing ecosystem. Using a WordPress web design as the foundation, the goal was to better showcase product offerings, convey the benefits of buying from a locally owned and operated company and capture web leads to facilitate the selling process.

With a redesigned website in place, Integrity turned its attention to creating customized landing pages to help the client gather and track customer information better. A series of analytical dashboards were then developed. The dashboards provided a new source of data intelligence that would be central to future marketing strategy and planning.
