Savvy web users expect – even demand – clarity when visiting a site to find specific information. This need for clarity becomes even more critical when external integrations are part of the equation. Users should be able to easily find the information they need.
Integrity recently worked with the Wisconsin Reinsurance Corporation to ensure their users had access to a streamlined, intuitive experience.
WRC provides quality reinsurance, insurance products and related services in several states. Having recently updated their policy administration system, WRC is in preparation to transition their users off of the old version.
They approached Integrity seeking a custom web development company who could help them offer their agents and policyholders the ability to easily access information from the new system as well as from the legacy version.
Integrity created a solution by bridging the two systems with a central location where users can enter their policy number. Each user's policy number correlates to either the legacy or updated version of WRC's portal. Upon submitting his or her policy number, the user is directed to the appropriate system automatically.
The process enhances the user experience, ensuring agents and policyholders don't find themselves navigating between multiple systems in order to find the desired information. Getting accessing policies and paying bills will be as straightforward and simple as possible thanks to the new bridge.
