IntegrityXD is proud to announce a significant investment in our experiential (events) services. The addition of three rockstar new team members is designed to elevate our engagement programs and continue to provide world-class experiences for our clients.

Mike Noris joins IntegrityXD with nearly 15 years of experience in engagement marketing. Known for his ability to drive success and foster strong brand-consumer relationships, Mike has worked with global brands such as Snap, Inc., Amazon, and Marriott Hotels. His innovative strategies and keen insights have significantly enhanced brand visibility and consumer engagement. At IntegrityXD, Mike will provide overall team leadership, oversee brand planning, conduct comprehensive ROI analytics, manage on-the-ground event execution, and develop event security and safety protocols. His profound understanding of market trends and consumer behavior makes him an invaluable asset.

Trom Procter, an expert in project coordination with over 15 years of experience, has joined our team as an engagement marketing project manager. Trom has built a stellar reputation for her expertise in logistics, vendor management, budget management, planning, contract negotiation, and cross-team collaboration. She will oversee the entire lifecycle of each event, ensuring the successful delivery of all event needs. Trom’s dedication to meticulous planning and flawless execution ensures that every event reinforces our commitment to excellence in engagement marketing.

Joe Gabel brings extensive experience in event operations, logistics, and transportation to IntegrityXD. His background includes managing high-profile entertainment, sports, and beverage, and brewing events. At IntegrityXD, Joe will oversee all shipping and receiving activities, manage inventory and storage, ensure the maintenance and proper operation of all vehicles, collaborate with on-site event teams, and facilitate communication with essential support teams. Joe’s expertise will streamline operations and ensure the reliability and safety of all logistics activities.
