Zach Otte Joins Integrity XD as New UX/UI Design Lead

Integrity XD is thrilled to welcome Zach Otte to our team as our newest UX/UI Design Lead. With a rich background in digital design, Zach brings a wealth of experience in product design and user experience, making him a perfect fit to help drive advanced innovation at Integrity.

Zach’s design career has been defined by impactful digital solutions across various industries, including nonprofits, public transit systems, and technology startups, crafting high-impact design solutions focused on usability and business alignment. His ability to translate insights into actionable designs, create interactive prototypes, and establish scalable design systems has made him a valuable contributor to every team he's joined.

At Integrity, Zach will leverage his skills in user research, interaction design, and product development to advance digital health solutions for Memorial Health. His collaborative approach and eye for both detail and user-centered strategy will help ensure these solutions meet the highest standards of usability and impact.

When Zach isn’t shaping the future of UX/UI design, he’s an avid outdoor enthusiast. You can find him rock climbing, cycling, or coaching his daughter’s volleyball team. His love for teamwork and personal growth reflects the same dedication he brings to his professional life.
